She is the founder of Boom Retail, initially established in Sydney NSW in 2003, and now based in Hamilton Brisbane QLD. Boom Retail has worked with property companies and owners within Australia for over 25 years and overseas. With a robust portfolio and proven results, Debra has conducted over 4,500 strategy retail workshops, working with major property companies across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the USA.

Co-founded Retail Manager Software – the first virtual multi-level stock analysis and staff performance program - RPM.
